SUPPORTING BEST RECOVERY AFTER BREAST CANCER SURGERY – DARWIN LEVEL 2 WORKSHOP

$600.00 excluding gst

WHEN:  Feb 7 + 8  2020

WHERE: to be advised

A  practical workshop for health professionals who have completed the Level 1 workshop. This will suit health professionals who have a scope of practice that involves massage or soft tissue interventions.

For health professionals (EP, Personal T, BCN) who design exercises and assist in case management and do not provide hands-on skills, your practical participation will involve measuring and visual inspection only; allowing you to see clinical assessments and changes within a treatment session.

This workshop will focus on assessments to develop a treatment plan vs assessments used in research to evaluate changes in dysfunction. Treatments will be very specific to tight scars and adhesions and impairments in the shoulder and arm quality and quantity of movement and postural changes.

Both days will offer small group practice of assessment and treatments covered. Support from local breast cancer survivors will be garnered for these sessions.

REFUND POLICY: If you have received the link for the Modules there will be a service/product cost of $180.
